WebAn issue with the rules for the monk is that it doesn't specify whether increases to your speed also includes flying speed. If not, I believe the top speed a monk could get up to was around 1700ft / round. If it does, it was more like 2500ft / round. That's 193 mph or 283 mph respectively. EDIT: found it!
