The Marine Armor is not like T-45 without the Power Armor benefits/restrictions. It needs both an underarmor and hat with Ballistic Weave to come close to T-45. The reason why Marine Armor (with Ballistic Weaved underarmor and hat) is "better" than T-45 is because Marine Armor do not break. Or need power to opperate.
