Can't talk about CTY physics, but DS took CTY summer program fast paced chemistry for the fun of it. Local HS refused to acknowledge it so would have had to first take 10th grade honors physics before being allowed to take AP chem. Ditto for CTY computer science courses. (Fortunately, son ended up going to a different HS.) WebEligibility Eligibility for our On-Campus and Online programs is based on results of an assessment, which helps us identify the right level of challenge for your child. Receiving a qualifying score can also earn your child an invitation to one of our recognition ceremonies. Once eligibility is achieved, it does not expire.
