Have tried the below steps so far, 1. uninstall and reinstalling the application. 2. changing the network connectivity from home wifi to hotspot. WebAug 15, 2024 · The other person can see me just fine and I can see myself in the preview window, but the rest of the screen is just black where the other person’s camera footage should be. I have tried restarting multiple times and it’s not a problem with the other person’s phone as it only happens when talking to me.
