WebI checked the shortcuts that were assigned in Radeon Adrenaline software and under Gaming > Global Settings > Performance Monitoring, the "Toggle Performance Logging Hotkey" was set to Ctrl + Shift + L. I changed it to Ctrl + Alt + L and the Bitwarden hotkey is working perfectly fine now. I hope that helps!
